Uber Gardener supplies digital photo for all types of uses. You can view my photos and use them in your own work or web site.

I take photos of the fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers I grow.

Nonprofit Use

Nonprofit use of our garden images is free! Check out my gardening photos on Flickr and download the size of photo you want.

Our photos our distributed under the Attribution-NonCommercial Creative Commons. All we ask is you give proper credit. In no way must you lead people to think you are the author of my photos.

Credit is given by linking  back to our site,

or at least mentioning Uber Gardener as the owner of the photos.

Things such as community bulletins, personal and informative blogs using pictures to support their own creative texts, or someone printing an image to put on their school binder would be non-commercial usage.

Commercial Use

We sell licenses that grant users non exlcusive permission use to our photos commercially for print and web use. No credits or linking backed required of corse. Contact me for more information on purchasing a license.

Some examples would include: a sales brochure, magazine, advertisement, or billboard, online catalogues, lables.

Terms of use and licensing information

Once you have a license for our images you may re-use the image as often as you wish without having to pay additional fees. What you can not do is to distribute or sell the original digital image file(s).
